Full advance payment before the work starts. No refund after starts working.The Artist and Rigger will inform the Client of progress or if changes to completion times have occurred. The Artist and Rigger is not obliged to explain the reasoning behind extensions or delays for the completion of a Commission.Revisions due to the Artist's or Rigger negligence are free of charge.If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied, to be defined and agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.the event that payment is made in installments,ownership of the Commission will only pass from the Artist and the Rigger to the Client on receipt of payment in full. The Commission will not be sent to the Client until the agreed payment amount has been received. Any further work on the Commission will be withheld until the agreement is made and payment received.We prioritize the following elements above other considerations: the skill level of the Artist and Rigger, their respective availability, the flexibility of project deadlines, and the subject matter of the work.The final deliverables will be provided via online download through Google Drive or Gmail for a limited duration. The Client is responsible for downloading and archiving the completed work prior to the expiration of the provided download link.The Artist and the Rigger reserve the right to decline any commission request, without providing a rationale.Distributing any Commission from the Artist to the NFT / AI site community is strictly prohibitedCustomers must accept this TOS to start commissions.
